Job summary

TrueNoord is seeking a Technical Manager to support the global fleet’s technical asset management across the lease lifecycle. You will monitor technical performance, status, and compliance documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on aviation engineering knowledge, strong data analysis abilities, and experience with lease/asset management processes. Amsterdam-based with hybrid work, potential travel for audits.

Qualifications

Aircraft technical experience across lease lifecycle
Ability to read maintenance documentation and records
Strong analytical skills with data accuracy

Responsibilities

Monitor technical status and performance of leased aircraft throughout the lifecycle
Maintain accurate aircraft specification sheets and maintenance status summaries
Validate and enter data into the lease management system
Generate maintenance and cash-flow forecasts for leases
Coordinate with customers, MROs, CAMOs and consultants for audits and inputs
