Job summary

NHV Den Helder is seeking a Flight Operations Officer to coordinate daily flight operations in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. You will work closely with pilots, clients, and authorities to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient service.

We value proactive team players with strong communication skills, who can manage changing priorities and weekend hours. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, and a permanent full-time contract is offered in an international aviation setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and coordinate daily flight operations.
• Prepare schedules, operational docs, and crew briefings.
• Monitor weather and NOTAMs; ensure Flight Time Limitations compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for clients regarding schedules.
• Coordinate with air traffic control and airport authorities.
• Maintain accurate operational records and regulatory compliance.
