Job summary

InsTech Netherlands BV invites an experienced System Operation and Maintenance Engineer to lead on-site deployment, operation, and maintenance of airport network integration systems across Europe. You will troubleshoot complex faults, generate English reports, and manage maintenance data while contributing to product iterations.

The role requires strong network/system operation experience, GDPR/security audit knowledge, and readiness for international travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in computer science or related field
5+ years in network/system operation and maintenance or system integration
Proficient with Huawei and Cisco switches/routers and independent fault diagnosis
Familiar with firewall configurations and GDPR/airport security audits
Experience with Windows Server deployment, VMware, MySQL/SQL Server
On-site debugging, config changes, upgrades and spare parts support
Ability to deploy software systems, analyze logs, check dependencies
Support R&D on-site reproduction, patch verification and testing
English as working language; European languages a plus
Huawei/CCNP or above preferred; ITIL/PMP or security certs preferred
Experience in software development (Python/Java/Shell/Go/C#) preferred

Responsibilities

On-site installation, daily operation and maintenance, and technical support in Europe
Analyze typical fault cases and produce English technical reports
Prepare and manage maintenance data; suggest product improvements based on on-site experience
