Job summary

TSMG is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and deployment of robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when required, and work with engineering and fleet teams.

No prior AV experience needed; comprehensive training will be provided. The role emphasizes safety, situational awareness, and compliance in urban and highway environments.

Qualifications

• Valid European driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Able to pass background verification (BGV).
• Able to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and commercial operations.
• Supervise self-driving system performance with awareness of traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures or safety rules.
• Complete routes while complying with local regulations and procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services with safe operation.
