Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when necessary, and adhere to safety protocols while collaborating with engineering, fleet ops, and depot teams.

No prior AV experience required; comprehensive training will cover autonomous systems, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have valid European driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass a background verification (BGV).
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Comfortable driving for extended periods in urban and highway environments.
• Ability to follow detailed operational procedures with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and robotaxi fleet operations.
• Continuously supervise the self-driving system while maintaining awareness of traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control of the vehicle when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete assigned routes with compliance to local regulations and procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services by maintaining safe operation.
