Job summary

TSMG Holding in Den Haag, Netherlands is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, deployment, and scaling of AV/robotaxi fleets across Europe. No prior AV experience required; full training provided.

As a Safety Operator you will monitor self-driving vehicles, perform pre/post inspections, and provide feedback to engineering teams. You will collaborate with fleet ops, depot staff, and drivers in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Valid European driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Able to pass background verification and drug/alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and commercial robotaxi operations.
• Continuously supervise the self-driving system with awareness of traffic conditions.
• Take manual control when required by procedures or safety rules.
• Complete routes in compliance with local regulations and procedures.
• Report incidents, vehicle issues and maintenance needs to depot/engineering teams.
• Provide clear feedback to improve autonomous driving system performance.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of operations.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in training and inspections.
