Job summary

TSMG is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial deployment of robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behaviour, intervene when needed, and ensure compliance with procedures. Training will cover AV systems, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid European driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
• Upper-Intermediate English required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and operations.
• Supervise self-driving system performance with traffic awareness.
• Take manual control when required by procedures.
• Complete routes in compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Support deployment of robotaxi services through safe vehicle operation.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure deployment readiness.
• Check cameras, sensors, and critical systems before each shift.
• Report damage or issues to depot/technical teams.
• Maintain fleet readiness for daily operations.
