Job summary

TSMG seeks Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and deployment of robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will monitor self-driving systems, intervene as needed, and ensure compliance with procedures while maintaining safety standards.

No prior autonomous-vehicle experience is required; our training program will prepare you to safely support testing, deployment, and commercial operations within urban and highway environments.

Qualifications

• Valid European driver’s license is required.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Able to pass background verification (BGV).
• Able to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate autonomous vehicles during testing and commercial robotaxi operations.
• Continuously monitor vehicle performance and traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete routes per local regulations and company procedures.
• Provide clear feedback and report any issues or anomalies to the team.
