Job summary

TSMG Holding in Europe is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and deployment of robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behaviour, intervene when required, and work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.

No prior autonomous vehicle experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. Ideal candidates are calm, highly observant drivers with strong situational awareness, able to follow

Qualifications

• Valid European driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background verification (BGV).
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Comfortable driving for extended periods in urban and highway environments.
• Ability to follow detailed operational procedures with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and fleet operations.
• Continuously supervise self-driving system performance with traffic awareness.
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete routes with compliance to regulations and procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure deployment readiness.
• Verify vehicle readiness and inspect sensors and critical systems.
• Report damage or maintenance concerns to depot/technical teams.
• Maintain fleet readiness for daily operations.
• Record disengagements and observations using reporting tools.
• Provide feedback on vehicle behavior and traffic conditions.
• Assist engineering by documenting scenarios to improve systems.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Follow safety and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and safety refreshers.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with the public during testing.
