Job summary
TSMG is seeking Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technicians to support maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and readiness of robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will work with AV Operations Leads, Depot Specialists, safety operators, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and ensure safe autonomous ride-hailing services.
The role combines hands-on EV diagnostics, high-voltage safety, software updates, and hardware support for ADAS and self-driving platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
- Strong experience in diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
- Solid understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
- Experience using diagnostic tools, service software and repair documentation.
- Able to follow strict procedures and safety protocols.
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software issues.
- Support high-availability fleet operations in shift-based environments.
- Perform advanced diagnostics on EV platforms, ADAS systems, and autonomous hardware.
- Update vehicle software and verify post-repair functionality.
- Lead shifts and mentor junior technicians as needed.
