Job summary

TSMG seeks a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and readiness of self-driving systems used in robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will work with Senior Technicians, AV Operations Leads, and engineering teams to identify issues, perform structured troubleshooting, and validate readiness for testing and deployment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automotive electronics, robotics, or embedded systems, with strong diagnostic skills, experience with

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or complex technical systems.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems, or advanced hardware.
Ability to follow structured software procedures and technical workflows.
Proficient with diagnostic tools, logs, and engineering instructions.
High attention to detail and procedural discipline.
Good communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot self-driving system issues affecting performance and fleet readiness.
Inspect, repair, replace, and validate SDS hardware components on autonomous vehicles.
Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks.
Calibrate sensors and verify system readiness after maintenance or updates.
Collaborate with engineering teams to collect data and support testing.
Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, software versions, and validation results.
