Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a SDS Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and readiness of self-driving systems in autonomous vehicles across Europe. You will handle sensors, compute systems, and hardware validation, collaborating with engineering and fleet operations teams to ensure safe testing and deployment.

The role emphasizes structured troubleshooting, on-site hardware and software updates, and meticulous documentation to maintain high safety and operational readiness

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, or advanced hardware.
• Ability to follow structured software procedures and workflows.
• Excellent communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
• Inspect, repair, replace, and validate SDS hardware components on autonomous vehicles.
• Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks.
• Conduct calibration and verification activities for autonomous vehicle sensors and systems.
• Provide structured technical findings to engineering, operations, and project teams.
• Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, software updates, and calibration activities.
