Job summary

TSMG Holding SDS Specialist role focuses on diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and readiness of self-driving systems in European fleets. You’ll work with technicians, operations leads, and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe testing and deployment of robotaxi services.

The position emphasizes hands-on hardware and software work, sensor calibration, and strict adherence to procedures, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and fleet reliability

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems, or SDS hardware.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
• Inspect and validate SDS hardware components on autonomous vehicles.
• Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks.
• Perform calibration and verification of sensors and perception hardware.
• Provide on-site SME support and document findings for engineering teams.
