Job summary

TSMG is seeking an SDS Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, and technical readiness of self-driving systems used in autonomous vehicles and robotaxi fleets across Europe.

You will work with engineers, fleet operations, and depot teams to troubleshoot issues, validate hardware and software, and ensure readiness for testing and deployment. Fluent English and strong hardware/software discipline are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or complex technical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems, or advanced technical hardware.
• Comfortable following structured software procedures and technical workflows.
• Ability to work with diagnostic tools, logs, technical documentation, and engineering instructions.
• High attention to detail and strong procedural discipline.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
• Inspect, repair, replace, and validate SDS hardware components on autonomous vehicles.
• Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks.
• Calibrate sensors and verify SDS performance after maintenance or updates.
• Provide on-site technical support and report findings to engineering teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and documentation compliance.
