Job summary

Tsmg is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and readiness of SDS in autonomous vehicle platforms across Europe.

You will collaborate with Senior Technicians, AV Operations Leads, and engineering teams to identify issues, perform structured troubleshooting, and ensure safe operation of robotaxi fleets. Fluent English required; 3+ years in automotive electronics or robotics preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or complex technical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems, or advanced hardware.
• Fluent English and ability to communicate findings to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
• Inspect and calibrate self-driving system components (cameras, LiDAR, radar, GNSS).
• Perform software updates, configurations, and system validation checks.
• Support calibration workflows and data collection for system performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, fleet operations, and depot teams on technical escalations.
• Maintain records of diagnostics, repairs, software updates, and validation results.
