Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and technical readiness of self-driving systems used in autonomous vehicles and robotaxi fleets across Europe.

The role focuses on the technology layer of autonomous mobility: sensors, compute systems, software configurations, and system validation. You will work with engineering, operations, and depot teams to ensure SDS is calibrated and ready for safe testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, or robotics.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, or perception hardware.
• Fluent English and ability to follow technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
• Inspect, calibrate, and validate SDS hardware and sensors on autonomous vehicles.
• Perform software updates, configurations, and validation checks for SDS systems.
• Assist calibration workflows for cameras, LiDAR, radar, and localization systems.
• Document findings and support engineering, operations, and depot teams.
