XPENG is hiring a Marketing Communication Specialist for the Benelux region. You will support marketing across Benelux, blend creativity with data insights, and ensure consistent brand messaging for EV tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related commercial field.
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in an all-round marketing or communications role.
• Fluent English (written and verbal); Dutch and/or French is a strong plus.
• Creative thinker who translates complex tech/AI concepts into visual storytelling.
• A data-driven marketer with a passion for metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Experience planning and hosting events to deliver seamless experiences.
• An agile mindset suited to a fast-moving, international, scale-up environment.
• Preferred: background in automotive EV, consumer tech, or mobility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing across the Benelux region and manage channels.
• Track campaign KPIs and leverage data to optimize ROI.
• Conceptualize and design locally relevant marketing materials and social assets.
• Support planning and execution of vehicle launches, press drives, and activations.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
