Job summary

ChannelEngine seeks an AI & Workflow Transformation Specialist to join the Automation & AI Team. You will map processes, identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows with automation and AI, building and testing solutions hands-on rather than managing backlogs.

You collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to embed automation, connect systems via APIs, and own end-to-end implementations, including discovery and testing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying automation solutions.
• Experience with APIs and system integration; some scripting is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Map processes with department heads and redesign workflows that scale.
• Embed automation and AI into daily operations using tools like HubSpot, Zapier, n8n, and custom APIs.
• Build your own backlog by spending time with teams and prioritising high-impact improvements.
• Take ownership of end-to-end solutions — from discovery through testing and implementation.
