Job summary

Suitsupply is seeking one of its first dedicated AI Engineers to build agents that turn our GCP data platform and governed context layer into automated, tool-calling workflows running real business processes. You will embed with the teams doing the work and ship production-grade agents.

You will lay the reusable 'golden path'—skills, connectors, evals, and templates—that makes every agent built after you faster to deliver, and you will report into the Director of Data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with production AI experience.
• Strong Python skills and testing fundamentals.
• Experience with APIs, version control, and observability.
• GCP and Vertex AI familiarity; BigQuery knowledge.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical plans for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Embed with teams to map processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Build production-ready tool-calling agents and workflows.
• Create reusable skills, connectors, evals, and templates.
• Deliver a running system with runbooks and ownership.
• Define success metrics and mentor champions across teams.
