Job summary

Workwize is seeking an AI Product Manager to embed intelligent automation into a complex operational platform used to manage IT equipment for distributed teams across 100+ countries. You will own the product vision for how AI agents and automation transform our platform and will work hands-on with AI tooling to design, build, and improve agents that handle real-world workflows.

Qualifications

3+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, with hands-on AI/ML-powered products.
Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tooling such as LangSmith, LangChain, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of how LLMs and AI agents work at a product level.
Experience shipping AI-powered features to production and iterating on them.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Product Vision: Own AI roadmap and identify automation opportunities across the platform.
Build, Ship, Improve: Partner with Engineering to deliver AI-powered features into production and monitor performance.
Collaboration: Work with Operations and Customer Success to align workflows and communicate plans to leadership.
