Job summary

Suitsupply is seeking a dedicated AI Engineer to build production-grade agents that automate business processes inside our data platform and governed context layer. You will embed with teams, define high-leverage automation, and ship scalable tool-calling workflows that translate complex problems into reliable software.

We value 5+ years in software engineering with production AI, strong Python, testing, and observability fundamentals, and fluency with GCP/Vertex AI and Claude ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with production AI experience.
• Strong Python and fundamentals in testing, APIs, version control, and observability.
• Proven experience building agentic workflows, RAG, and tool-calling systems in production.
• Fluent in GCP and Vertex AI; experience with Claude ecosystem and BigQuery.
• Forward-deployed mindset; ability to translate business problems into technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Embed with teams to map how a process runs and identify the highest-leverage automation.
• Build tool-calling agents on our platform that run production-grade, not prototypes.
• Turn builds into reusable skills, connectors, evals, and templates to speed future work.
• Hand off a running system with a runbook, eval framework, and a named owner.
• Define what good looks like for agents and mentor champions who scale it.
