Job summary

Suitsupply seeks an AI & Automation Lead to deploy and maintain automation solutions supporting its growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable processes, automate workflows and boost overall performance.

You will identify opportunities, engineer low-code prompts, improve automation with workflows and rules, evaluate AI tools, and conduct training to ensure teams are proficient.

Qualifications

3–5 years of Automation/Context Engineer experience preferred.
Strong interest in AI and emerging AI tools is essential.
Proficient in context engineering/automation tools such as Vercel, N8N, Zapier, LLMs.
Experience with data management, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities and implement automations across functions.
Context engineer low-code solutions for manual or inefficient processes.
Improve automation workflows using rules, workflows, and tools.
Evaluate and help implement AI or SaaS tools to boost speed and effectiveness.
Conduct training sessions to ensure teams are proficient in new tools and processes.
