Job summary

People in Science in Breda is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Process Technician to join a modern pharmaceutical production site. You will operate and monitor production and packaging lines on a flexible team, contributing to a smooth and reliable process.

We expect a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn, an MBO level 2 or equivalent, and 1–2 years in manufacturing. English proficiency and willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule are important.

Qualifications

• At least MBO level 2 or comparable education.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP or GDP is an advantage but not required.
• Good command of the English language, spoken and written.
• Willingness to work in different shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production lines according to established procedures.
• Work according to SOPs and applicable quality standards.
• Collaborate with operators and Line Lead to achieve production targets.
• Monitor safety, quality and production progress.
• Identify and escalate deviations or issues when necessary.
• Participate actively in shift handovers.
• Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and working processes.
• Take ownership of tasks and results.
• Complete required training within deadlines.
