Job summary

People in Science in Breda is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Process Technician to join a modern pharmaceutical production site. You will operate and monitor production and packaging lines on a flexible team, contributing to a smooth and reliable process.

We expect a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn, an MBO level 2 or equivalent, and 1–2 years in manufacturing. English proficiency and willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule are important.

Qualifications

• At least MBO level 2 or comparable education.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP or GDP is an advantage but not required.
• Good command of the English language, spoken and written.
• Willingness to work in different shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production lines according to established procedures.
• Work according to SOPs and applicable quality standards.
• Collaborate with operators and Line Lead to achieve production targets.
• Monitor safety, quality and production progress.
• Identify and escalate deviations or issues when necessary.
• Participate actively in shift handovers.

For a modern production site in Breda, we are looking for a Manufacturing Process Technician.In this role, you will work on different production and packaging lines and contribute to a smooth and reliable manufacturing process. You do not need to know everything from day one: a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a sense of responsibility are just as important.

What will you do?

As a Manufacturing Process Technician, you will be part of a flexible manufacturing team. This means you may work on different fully automated, semi-automated and manual production lines.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring production lines according to established procedures;
• Working according to SOPs and applicable quality standards;
• Working closely with operators and the Line Lead to achieve production targets;
• Monitoring safety, quality and production progress;
• Identifying and escalating deviations or issues when necessary;
• Actively participating in shift handovers;
• Looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and working processes;
• Taking ownership of your tasks and results;
• Completing required training within the agreed deadlines.

What are we looking for?

You have:

• At least MBO level 2 or a comparable level of education;
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment;
• Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP or GDP is an advantage, but not a strict requirement;

• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
