Job summary
Talentmark is seeking an Equipment Operator for our pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Breda, Netherlands. You will operate and monitor semi-automated production lines, perform changeovers, and keep production data in SAP/MES.

Qualifications
- Fluent English is required.
- Experience with automated or semi-automated production environments.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills required.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor semi-automated production lines.
- Perform line set-ups and product changeovers.
- Carry out line cleaning and line clearances.
- Identify and troubleshoot process disturbances.
- Record and check production data in SAP/MES.
- Support deviation management and root-cause analysis.
- Contribute to Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure safe, compliant and efficient production.
