Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a production environment.
• Experience with manual production, assembly, or packaging activities.
• Strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Willing to commute to Breda and start in a 2-shift system; move to 5 shifts from January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual production, assembly, labelling, and packaging activities
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and GMP requirements
• Inspect products and perform production quality checks
• Complete batch records, production logs, and other documentation accurately
• Identify and report production deviations
• Support the investigation and resolution of production issues
• Participate in problem-solving meetings between Quality and Production
• Perform line set-up and close-down activities
• Carry out cleaning activities according to established procedures
• Maintain a consistent work pace without compromising quality
• Ensure a safe, clean, and structured working environment
• Communicate clearly with colleagues during the shift
