Job summary

Talentmark is seeking a Technical Process Operator for a pharma production line in Breda. You monitor the semi-automated line, analyze deviations, and continuously seek improvements in quality, efficiency and reliability.

You will work with Operators, Line Leads and Supervisors; the role currently uses a 3-shift roster with transition to 5 shifts around January 2027, and offers a €4,050 gross monthly salary, 13th month, a performance-based bonus, and 30 days off.

Qualifications

• Technical or process-related experience and/or VAPRO A/B.
• Extensive production experience.
• Preferably experience within GMP, pharma, biotech or another highly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP/MES environments, preferably SAP/MES.
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Independently operating a pharmaceutical production line
• Setting and adjusting production equipment
• Monitoring process parameters
• Collecting and interpreting production data
• Following Standard Operating Procedures
• Detecting and investigating abnormalities
• Troubleshooting production problems
• Escalating more complex deviations
• Applying LEAN principles on the production floor
• Supporting changeovers and logistical activities
• Providing complete shift handovers
• Ensuring all required training remains up to date
