Job summary

Amgen Breda is seeking a Technical Operator to join our highly automated manufacturing facility. You will operate and monitor automated production lines, perform set-ups, changeovers, and line clearances, and ensure GMP compliance.

You will use SAP and MES to document activities, troubleshoot issues, support deviations and RCA, and contribute to continuous improvement with Lean methodologies. A rotating shift pattern is required; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical education at MBO level or equivalent.
• Experience in automated manufacturing environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with SAP or MES systems.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor highly automated production and packaging lines.
• Perform equipment set‑ups, product changeovers, and line clearances.
• Troubleshoot technical and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Carry out minor maintenance tasks and equipment adjustments.
• Document production activities using SAP and MES.
• Support deviation investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities using Lean methods.
• Optimize machine settings and process parameters.
