Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme in Boxmeer, NL, seeks an Associate Director Digital Project Manager to steer end-to-end digital scope for major manufacturing capital projects across Europe, starting with the Animal Health site in Boxmeer. You’ll bridge business, engineering and global digital teams to deliver scalable, compliant technology solutions that accelerate manufacturing excellence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering automation and digital solutions within large-scale capital projects.
• Proven experience with system implementation, configuration and solution delivery.
• Experience managing system lifecycle activities from deployment through support and enhancement.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of validation processes and GMP lifecycle.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, virtualization and storage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the digital, IT and automation scope for major capital projects, incl. scope, budget and delivery.
• Build and lead high-performing internal and external teams.
• Drive project execution through Digital Centres of Excellence and vendors.
• Ensure alignment with technology standards and improve delivery processes.
• Communicate with stakeholders and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Manage complex project portfolios, balancing priorities, risks and resources.
• Champion digital innovation to grow the manufacturing network.
