Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Organizational Psychology, Business).
• Proven experience designing and executing Learning strategy.
• Strong experience leading transformational change and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence and manage competing priorities in a regulated environment.
• Experience with regulated manufacturing environments and compliance frameworks.
