Job summary

MSD Animal Health is seeking an Associate Director Digital Project Manager to lead end-to-end digital scope for major manufacturing capital projects across Europe, starting with the Boxmeer Animal Health site.

You will interface with business stakeholders, Global Engineering Solutions, Digital Manufacturing teams and external partners to ensure scalable, compliant technology solutions and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Extensive automation and digital solution delivery in large capital projects.
Strong understanding of system architecture and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Lead digital, IT and automation scope for major capital projects.
Build and lead cross-functional teams of internal experts and external partners.
Drive project execution through Digital CoEs and vendors.
Ensure alignment with technology standards and improve delivery processes.
Communicate with stakeholders and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Manage complex project portfolios—prioritize, assess risks, allocate resources.
Champion digital innovation to grow the manufacturing network.
