Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme in Boxmeer seeks a Learning & Development Lead (Manufacturing) to shape and execute the local learning strategy. You will lead a team of L&D professionals and partner with site leadership to drive capability building and performance improvement.

The role requires strong experience in regulated manufacturing environments, excellent Dutch and English, and commitment to on-site work at Boxmeer four days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience designing learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a small team of specialists.
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills.
• Willingness to be on-site at Boxmeer at least four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Shape the site learning strategy and translate needs into actionable plans.
• Lead and develop a team of L&D professionals.
• Collaborate with site Leaders, GL&D, and external partners.
• Align local initiatives with global L&D frameworks.
• Deliver or facilitate training and ensure GMP training standards compliance.
• Drive automation and digitalization of learning processes.
