Job summary

Conscious Group’s The Lobby Fizeaustraat in Amsterdam is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a vibrant, hospitality-focused team. You will support the Restaurant Manager, lead on-floor service, coach colleagues and ensure a flawless guest experience.

You bring at least 2 years in restaurant leadership, are flexible with weekends and holidays, and fluent in Dutch or English. A love for good food and premium wines helps you shine in this role.

Qualifications

• You are looking for a great full-time position and are flexible, including working weekends and holidays.
• You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience – for example as a shift leader in the restaurant industry and are ready for the next step in your career.
• Communication and hospitality are your top priorities.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic hospitality environment.
• Just like us, you love good food.
• You are fluent in Dutch or English. Speaking both is a great advantage.
• You live in or around Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• On-the-floor leadership during service and guest interaction.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure a seamless guest experience from welcome to farewell across all shifts.
• Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager on operational and back-office tasks.
