Job summary

Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager to lead and elevate our luxury Food & Beverage service. You will work closely with the F&B Manager and department heads to deliver outstanding guest experiences, maintain high service standards, and drive revenue across all F&B outlets.

The role requires strong leadership, exemplary organizational skills and a passion for five-star hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a five-star setting.
• Experience as Head of Department in at least two different F&B outlets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of food & beverage operations, service standards and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets.
