Job summary

Conscious Group’s The Lobby Fizeaustraat in Amsterdam is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a vibrant, hospitality-focused team. You will support the Restaurant Manager, lead on-floor service, coach colleagues and ensure a flawless guest experience.

You bring at least 2 years in restaurant leadership, are flexible with weekends and holidays, and fluent in Dutch or English. A love for good food and premium wines helps you shine in this role.

Responsibilities

Together with the Restaurant Manager, you ensure that every service runs smoothly and that guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in. You are present on the floor, lead the team, coach your colleagues and keep an overview, even during the busiest moments. With your enthusiasm and eye for detail, you bring out the best in every shift and every team member.

You are a true all-rounder: you safeguard the quality of our service, act as the point of contact for the team and support various operational and back-office tasks. This way, you combine hands-on leadership on the floor with responsibility behind the scenes, contributing every day to an experience that makes guests want to return.
