Job summary

Optiply is seeking a Junior Account Executive to spearhead conversations with high-potential businesses and demonstrate how AI-driven procurement transforms supply chains. You will progress from intelligence scouting to an AE role within 6–12 months, gaining experience in SaaS sales, AI literacy, and strategic planning.

You’ll engage English and Dutch-speaking prospects, build a pipeline, and grow with a fast-moving, supportive team in Amsterdam and across Europe.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (even an internship) is a plus.
• Fluent in English & Dutch (Mandatory).
• Data literate; comfortable using CRM systems and analyzing numbers to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research ICPs using data-driven insights to target high-potential businesses.
• Conduct multi-channel outreach (calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn) to engage decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to refine outbound engine and ensure steady opportunities.
• Manage CRM and track your impact to optimize conversion rates.
