Qualifications

Bachelor's or Diploma required; Engineering background preferred.
Minimum 5–10 years in industrial sales or customer service roles.
Strong communication and teamwork skills necessary.

Responsibilities

Champion safety with full compliance to protocols.
Collaborate with Account Managers to prepare quotes.
Handle inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Provide pricing support to customers based on products.
Support revenue goals through sales coordination.
Assist in setting up new customer accounts and AR follow-up.
Maintain accurate account records with Sales and Service teams.
Monitor orders, expedite deliveries and manage inventory.
Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Deliver technical and service support to customers and staff.
