Job summary

Monks seeks a Business Director to lead and grow key APAC client portfolios from our Singapore office, acting as the strategic partner of record for digital campaigns, creative production, and transformational solutions.

You will build long-term relationships with major brands, propose new production projects, manage multi-brand accounts, and drive revenue against monthly and annual targets, collaborating with senior producers and tech directors in a fast-paced, AI-enabled agency.

Qualifications

• Senior role requiring 8+ years managing business accounts in digital advertising or production.
• Experience with APAC clients.
• Ability to write proposals and scope tech/creative solutions.
• Ability to manage fast-paced digital production projects.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients for strategy, creative, and production of digital campaigns.
• Engage new production projects with clients from the start, proposing solutions and driving change.
• Create innovative digital work across the customer decision journey for product launches and brand campaigns.
• Grow an essential FMCG business, managing multiple brands within it and ensuring work exceeds client expectations.
• Deliver against monthly and annual targets, growing accounts into long-term partnerships.
