Job summary

Monks is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager APAC to spearhead outbound marketing initiatives and drive demand generation across APAC markets. You will funnel SQLs to sales and client teams, reporting to the APAC Managing Director, guiding investments across data, media, technology, and creative workstreams.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and global marketing teams to develop campaigns, measure impact, and strengthen brand presence through events and content partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a growth marketing role, preferably in professional services, ad-tech or mar-tech.
• Strong outbound marketing and demand generation experience, including SEO/SEM.
• Experience with Google Ads/SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage multiple senior stakeholders.
• Experience creating measurement frameworks for marketing campaigns.
• Innovative thinker who brings new ideas to improve marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage outbound marketing campaigns to generate MQLs and SQLs.
• Organize events to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to guide marketing investments.
