Job summary

Wilde Amsterdam is seeking a Sales Manager to build a market, network and community around our soon-to-be-open long-stay property. This is a non-traditional sales role focused on relocation and extended stays, with a strong emphasis on community-building and creative activation in Amsterdam.

You will drive local demand, establish partnerships, and shape the role into a unique opportunity, while traveling as needed and promoting the Wilde brand through targeted sales and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant hospitality sales experience.
• Local market knowledge in Amsterdam; strong network in relocation segments.
• Fluency in English; Dutch/German language skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Community building: establish Wilde Amsterdam as a local hub through events and partnerships.
• Own local demand generation, account strategy, site inspections and contracts.
• Develop a long-stay pipeline and relocation/mobility relationships in Amsterdam.
• Meet new clients, secure and manage accounts with professional relations.
• Actively promote the Wilde brand through sales and marketing activities.
