Job summary

Wilde Amsterdam is seeking a Sales Manager to lead market-building and community initiatives for a pre-opening long-stay property. You will drive relocation partnerships, build a local network, and shape commercial activity in Amsterdam. The role demands a self-starter with strong new-business and relationship skills.

Fluency in English is required; Dutch or German is a plus. Expect travel and proactive community-building, events, and partnerships to establish Wilde as a local hub.

Qualifications

• Hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Experience with relocation and extended-stay segments is a plus.
• Fluency in English required; Dutch/German desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own local demand generation, account strategy, site inspections and contracts.
• Build a strong long-stay pipeline and develop relocation and mobility relationships in Amsterdam.
• Meet new clients, secure and manage accounts, and maintain professional relationships.
