Job summary

Wilde Amsterdam seeks a Sales Manager for Extended Stay & Relocation to build a market, network, and community around our upcoming long-stay property. You will shape this role to drive relocation partnerships and creative commercial activation in Amsterdam. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in hospitality sales, strong Amsterdam market knowledge, and fluency in English.

Dutch/German are desirable. Travel and pre-opening experience are a plus as we grow Europe’s fastest expanding aparthotel

Qualifications

4+ years of hospitality sales experience or related field.
Local market knowledge in Amsterdam; corporate long stay/relocation experience is a plus.
Proven ability in new business generation and client retention.

Responsibilities

Build Wilde Amsterdam as a local community hub through events and partnerships.
Own local demand generation and account strategy, site inspections and contracts.
Develop a strong long-stay pipeline and relocation/mobility relationships in Amsterdam.
Meet with new clients to secure and manage accounts with professional trust.
Actively promote the Wilde brand through sales and marketing activities.
Utilize CRM and sales tools to maintain pipeline visibility and next steps.
