Wilde Amsterdam is seeking a Sales Manager to build a market, network and community around our soon-to-be-open long-stay property. This is a non-traditional sales role focused on relocation and extended stays, with a strong emphasis on community-building and creative activation in Amsterdam.

With an impressive track record of multiple new aparthotels opening each year, we’re on an unstoppable journey, with exceptional properties across iconic European cities like London, Berlin, Edinburgh, Lisbon and Vienna, and soon to be Amsterdam!
We are on the search for our next Sales Manager at Wilde Amsterdam, but this is not a traditional room sales role – we would love someone who can build a market, a network and a community around our beautiful, soon to be open, long stay property. We are looking for someone who wants to shape this role into something unique, shape the lifestyle community/living in Amsterdam, and be part of Europe’s fastest growing Aparthotel business. Strong experience of working within the Dutch market and an understanding of the local culture and business environment in Amsterdam is non negotiable
A fiercely proactive and can-do attitude, a self-starter, someone who unblocks problems, creates opportunity, and who has a very positive and forward-thinking creative mindset.
Comfortable working in a pre-opening environment - someone who enjoys creating structure, testing ideas and building something from the ground up rather than taking over an established portfolio.
A willingness to travel as and when needed
Community building will be central to the role. You will establish Wilde Amsterdam as a local hub by creating events and partnerships that bring relevant networks together, from wellness and mindset sessions to social events, and whatever else sparks curiosity and community interest!
