Job summary

Mindspace Amsterdam is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth for our flexible spaces. This full-time role is based in Amsterdam and involves traveling to Mindspace sites in Amsterdam and Utrecht, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

You will own all pre-sales and sales processes, focusing on customer success, retention and upsell, and you will qualify SMB leads into tours and closed deals while providing tailored proposals.

Responsibilities

• Expand and deepen relationships with existing clients and convert new leads.
• Own all aspects of pre-sales and sales of Mindspace spaces, including customer success, retention and upsell.
• Qualify SMB leads and convert them to tours and closed deals (inbound & outbound).
• Provide a suitable proposal offer based on Mindspace guidelines.
• Follow up with the customer, maintaining a consistent, open channel.
