Job summary

Wilde is expanding across Europe and seeks a Guest Services Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. You will work with Guest Services Hosts across lobby, reception and F&B spaces in a hands-on, guest-focused role and help create the Wilde experience.

We value passion for hospitality, flexibility, and the ability to move between reception, restaurant, terrace and bar tasks with ease. Mid-September 2026 start in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar guest-facing role within hospitality.
• Knowledge of Front Office operations and guest services.
• F&B and bar experience is preferred.
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check-in, and provide concierge-style support across lobby and F&B spaces.
• Coordinate reception, restaurant, terrace and bar operations for a seamless guest journey.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead by example and support the team across shifts and areas.
