Job summary

Together AI in Amsterdam is expanding its People operations. You will own interview scheduling across Europe and India, manage offers, onboarding, and day-to-day office support. As the first dedicated person in this role, you’ll build processes and shape how work gets done.

Reporting to the Talent Operations Partner, you’ll partner with the global team and a local mentor to scale the Amsterdam office. Dutch proficiency is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating high-volume interview scheduling across teams and time zones.
• Self-starter who can build process where none exists yet.
• Strong attention to detail and time management under pressure.
• Discretion handling sensitive information and offboarding conversations.
• Empathetic, approachable demeanor with a help-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and adaptability in a fast-growth environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruiting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling for Europe and India hires across time zones.
• Manage offer letters and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Oversee daily office operations and employee support for the Amsterdam office.
• Lead HR projects and process improvements as the first dedicated role in Amsterdam.
• Collaborate with recruiting, People, and local colleagues to keep operations smooth.
