Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling for Europe and India hiring across time zones and seniority levels.
• Manage offer letters and support onboarding and offboarding processes with confidentiality.
• Own daily operations and employee support for the Amsterdam office, including office maintenance and events.
• Support HR special projects as they arise.
• Build and improve processes across all three areas as the first dedicated person in this role.
• Partner with recruiting, People team, and Amsterdam colleagues to keep operations running smoothly as the office scales.
