Job summary

EPAM Systems in Amsterdam seeks a Technology Consultant for Cybersecurity and AI Security to shape solutions aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. You will translate complex security challenges into actionable programs for institutional accounts and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, forecasting, and delivering credence in cyber strategy across AI security, cloud security and security operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in cybersecurity consulting and advisory.
• Ability to translate client challenges into differentiated, deliverable programs.
• Experience shaping and closing complex cybersecurity or technology services opportunities.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional pursuit teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cybersecurity and AI security growth plans for institutional accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs).
• Originate opportunities and lead complex pursuits from qualification to contract signature.
• Coordinate contributions from account teams, partners, and delivery leaders.
• Translate cybersecurity concepts into clear business outcomes for executives and technical audiences.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
• Collaborate to create a coordinated client plan with BD, sales, and alliances.
• Ensure smooth transition from pursuit to delivery post-signature and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Provide evidence-based forecasts based on commitment, funding and delivery readiness.
