Job summary

EPAM Systems in the Netherlands is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Delivery Management – Application Security to steer enterprise AppSec programs with hybrid work. You will translate security findings into actionable reporting for executives and drive remediation with AI-enabled workflows across a broad portfolio.

The role requires a proven track record in enterprise-scale delivery within cybersecurity, strong executive stakeholder management and experience leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing enterprise-scale delivery management in cybersecurity, with emphasis on AppSec programs.
• Industry-recognized security certification preferred (CSSLP, CISM, CISSP) or equivalent.
• Experience with AI optimization, agentic workflows, LLM integration or automated software/security pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Steer the roadmap, milestones, governance model, risks, impediments and financial performance of enterprise AppSec programs.
• Lead integration of agentic techniques and AI optimization into security processes to address high-risk findings quickly.
• Establish systems to validate, deduplicate and rank security findings based on exploitability, business context and impact.
• Translate AppSec metrics and AI KPIs into clear reporting for C-level executives and portfolio leaders.
• Govern cross-functional engineering teams and define robust operational governance models.
