Job summary

SCIL Nanoimprint Solutions is seeking an Allround IT Specialist to build and maintain an IT environment that supports a growing team at our Eindhoven base on High Tech Campus. You will combine hands-on support with improving how systems and information are organized and managed.

You’ll address everything from laptop issues to SharePoint structure improvements, shaping IT policies and ensuring secure, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Broad IT support or administration experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint structures.
• Able to troubleshoot daily hardware and software issues.
• Ability to turn needs into clear IT processes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain internal IT systems and applications, ensuring they are reliable, secure and fit for purpose.
• Help modernise the IT environment and identify opportunities to simplify tools and improve workflows.
• Explore opportunities for automation and AI tools where they add practical value.
• Develop and improve SharePoint structures for easier information sharing and maintenance.
• You are the first point of contact for IT issues, providing day-to-day support and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with external IT providers and suppliers as needed.
• Create and implement practical IT policies and documentation, including access management.
• Bring structure to IT processes such as onboarding/offboarding, equipment management and support requests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to translate needs into practical IT improvements and guide adoption of systems.
